What to include in your email
If you are a new customer

- • Where your servers live (cloud, on-premises, or both)
- • When you hope to decide and go live
- • Any compliance needs (SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.)

- • Your client ID or business name
- • What went wrong, or what you need changed
